• Kirkland American Little League is an all-volunteer organization
• We need volunteers to fill manager and coaching positions, umpires and other roles
• While there are lots of roles to be filled at all levels, we anticipate particular needs in the Quick Ball and Coach Pitch age groups.  
• In addition, we have open positions on the Board of Directors.   Please contact Todd Greenberg at President@KirklandAmerican.com for more information on how to join the Board.

In order to be an approved volunteer, you must complete the following:

1. Complete Volunteer Registration. 

• Click "Register now" below.

2. Complete JDP Background Questionnaire. 

• You will receive a separate email with a link to complete your background questionnaire

3.  Complete Abuse Awareness Training and upload your training certificate

• Go to usabdevelops.com.
• Click on Register at the top right of the page.
• Complete the process to create an account.
  • When asked for organization, select “Little League International”.
• After registration, select EDUCATION and then choose Courses.
  • Select and complete the course, "Abuse Awareness for Adults".
• After completing the course (which includes a small quiz), download your certificate:
  • Click on your name in the upper right-hand corner and select "My Account" from the menu.
  • Go to Courses under My Profile and select the ""Abuse Awareness for Adults" course and click the "Download Certificate" option.
• Upload your "Abuse Awareness for Adults" training certificate to your KALL volunteer registration by clicking
  • https://www.kirklandamerican.com/profiles/show
  • Click "Registrations" on the left side.
  • Select your current volunteer registration.
  • Scroll to the bottom of your volunteer registration.
  • Update your response to the question "Have you completed the required annual Abuse Awareness training" to "Yes".
  • Upload your training certificate.
