Waivers
Requests for waivers to residency requirements must be made prior to being drafted and or being assigned to a team.
All waivers must be submitted to and approved by Little League Inc.
WAIVER II (d)
Players who previously lived and played in Kirkland American boundaries and have since moved out of the league's boundaries are eligible to play in Kirkland American provided they have not missed a playing season (play must be continuous).

Players who have never lived in the Kirkland American boundaries but want to play in Kirkland American must have a compelling reason or circumstance that Little League will approve in order to play in Kirkland American -

Waivers are only good for one season and must be resubmitted every season.
